Your order should be on its way to you within 2 business days. Delivery times will vary, based on the service you selected and your chosen destination. All shipping estimated are calculated in business days.

You can return a Growgab within 14 days of its purchase. To prevent waste, the original packaging and Growgab must not be damaged when returned. Please send an email to email@example.com to submit your return.
Quality control is one of our main priorities, but we know that it's always possible for issues to slip through the cracks. If you're experiencing a problem with your Growgab, we'd be happy to replace it free of charge!
All our products come with a one year warranty from the date of delivery. This covers any manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, accidental damage caused by the user, faults as a result of wilful or negligent operation, or any other handling. Proof of defect (photos or video, depending on the defect) is mandatory and will be requested by our team.
You canget a refund for your defective item if requested within 14 days of receiving your product. After 14 days, we only offer exchange or store credit equivalent to the amount you paid.
